As Logfret continues to strengthen and expand its global presence, it is important to keep something at the heart of our network: supporting one another and working together as one Logfret.

Having our own offices in key markets around the world gives us an important advantage. Logfret is not simply a collection of individual offices operating under the same name. We are one global organisation, bringing together local knowledge, relationships and capabilities to provide stronger solutions for our customers and/or potential.

Whenever there is a Logfret office in the country of origin or destination, every effort should be made to give our colleagues the first opportunity to support the business before turning to an external agent.

This does not mean ignoring commercial realities such as pricing, service requirements or urgent operational circumstances. Rather, it means giving each other the opportunity to compete, communicating openly about target pricing and customer requirements, and working together to find the best solution.

• If a customer has a specific requirement, let's share it.
• If an office needs support to secure the business, let's see what we can do together.

This is especially important for newer Logfret offices that are still building volumes, developing their market position and strengthening their buying power. Internal cooperation can make a meaningful difference. Every opportunity shared within the network helps our offices grow stronger and become more competitive, ultimately benefiting all of us.
